About the founder
Founder of Horizon Analytics
Josip has more than 25 years of experience developing advanced HRIS and payroll systems. His experience spans product development, sales, implementation and customer support. He has personally implemented complex HRIS systems and led projects at some of the most complex companies in the region.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in product development, technology, operations and compliance for complex HR tech solutions in the region. He now applies that experience to developing Horizon Analytics solutions.
